for many years, I was a voluntary member of the German-French-American Women’s Club and was able to assist families or individuals stationed here with the American armed forces in finding housing.

I now own a beautiful TLA house(Temporary Lodging) myself and would like to offer it to you for your consideration.

As many employees, for example fitters and technicians, come to Germany on a temporary basis and are in search of suitable accommodation, I would like to present to you my exclusive house.

The TLA house is situated in the city of Landstuhl, only minutes away from Ramstein Air Base. International restaurants and local stores are easily accessible on foot.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Our apartment is well maintained and clean. All rooms, all devices, bed lien, towels, etc. are carefully cleaned and disinfected. You can feel confortable and safe with us.

The house (non-smoking) is brand new and has a living space of 120m² (1291 ft²). The charming house has been decorated with love and has a spacious living-dining area with new, stylish furniture, as well as a flat screen TV, a terrace with summer furniture and a small, intimate, well-kept garden, which is perfect for relaxing or a BBQ.

Living and sleeping to the garden side. After a long working day you will find your necessary relaxation.

You will feel right at home in my house, this is my promise to you!

Rob I stayed here for about 45 days (TLA) during my PCS to Ramstein AB. I could not have asked for a better location, apartment, or host. It is three stories with perfect facilities for a single person or small family. The second story has one bedroom with a King bed, lots of storage for clothing (etc), and a very stylish bathroom with a great (and much needed) laundry room. The Washer and dryer are new and functioned perfectly. The third floor can be used as an office and/or another sleeping room. I also found that the kitchen was very modern, well equiped, and extremely clean. The backyard is very relaxing and Birgit recently installed astroturf making very clean. For location, you are a 12-15 minute walk to downtown Landstuhl with all the resturants and local pubs avaible (and you dont have to find parking!). Near the apartment is a Penny Mart, Pizza shop, and Chineses resturant... I used them all and they are good. If you need something on Sundays, you can walk right across the street to the gas station where that beer, drinks, food, snacks, etc. Birgit, the host, is outstanding and very nice to deal with. You couldnt ask for better. In Summary, this is the best place I could have found for an AirBnB. I honestly wish I was living here for the next several years!!

Anastasia This apartment was bright, spacious, and immaculately kept. The private backyard was lovely, and it's a three minute walk from a super fun (and family friendly) public pool/waterpark (3 euro entry). We had a great stay, and Birgit was very helpful with check in and even left us a little treat! If we're ever around town, we will be staying here again!

Ralph The host: Birgit was amazing! Her communication was superb! She respected my privacy, yet she was always extremely quick to address any of my questions or concerns! I would want rent from her every time I visit this area! The home: The place was a Godsend! I had a short notice business trip to the area and options within my price range were limited. The home was extremely nice and very clean! It has a warm feel and lots of modern touches throughout. I can confirm that her description about the place was exact! I was not disappointed; and yes, I felt really comfortable. I must also admit that the food selections the neighborhood had to offer was great! For example, Sander's Cafe has amazing American and German breakfast options and delicious pastries. Be warned; come with your appetite and I would suggest calling ahead. To sum it up, the place and the area was great and I hope others enjoy their stay as much as I did!

Two spacious storage rooms and a utility room with a washer and dryer are also available.

There is a carport space in the housing facility, which is reserved for your use.

A high-quality, modern POWER PLATE is available for my tenants, as you will find in well-equipped fitness studios. POWER PLATE is used for muscle building and fitness.

The bedroom has a high-quality box spring bed, beautiful bed linen, a large closet, a fully furnished bathroom with a shower and tub with matching wooden furniture and towels. Also, there is a separate guest toilet.

The house is enrichened by an extra studio room, which can be used as a combined office space, bedroom or living room. All rooms are bright and flooded with light.

There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, which has all you need for a comfortable workspace. Large refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, glasses, beautiful dishes, pots and pans and much more. Two spacious storage rooms and a utility room with a washer and dryer are also available.
